We ship all orders from Sydney, NSW, Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unsealed items.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@frankscollectablecards.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work to find a fair resolution.
